Schüco AWS 75.SI+
Standard series with increased flexibility in terms of thermal insulation and optimized SimplySmart production technology
The Schüco AWS 75.SI+ window series was introduced in 2005 as part of the Schüco AWS window program and has since become a standard series in many European countries. To meet new legal requirements and increase market competitiveness, the Schüco Window AWS 75.SI+ now offers optimized and more flexible energy parameters as well as processing advantages thanks to SimplySmart technology.
In addition to further improving the Uf-value by 0.1 W/(m²K) to reach a value of 1.2 W/(m²K) with a visible width of 117 mm, an additional standard version is available for less stringent thermal insulation requirements. As a result, no change in installation depth is required.
In addition to increased flexibility in terms of thermal insulation, this series focuses on the processing of the middle seal and the insulating glass rebate seal. The known processing methods – vulcanized sealing frames or seals sold by the meter with shaped corners – are now complemented by a third option: a continuous middle seal. Processing of the glass rebate seal is simplified by installing shaped corners. This allows you to reduce cutting time and correctly determine the installation position of the glazing supports. Thanks to the new generation of Schüco AvanTec SimplySmart mechanical fittings, installation times have been significantly reduced.
